Digital Products
I create and offer digital ebooks, charts, survey results and forms, poll data sheets and poster images as free and/or paid digital file downloads on this website. I strive to provide the best possible information for my loyal fans. A product that is in digital form that is downloaded from this website cannot be returned unused. Once a digital product has been received, it is a used product. I DO NOT offer a refund on any digital products you either pay for or receive as a Free Download. However, I do warrent the readability of the digital file and will allow you to download or receive by email a replacement file in the event your original file is damaged or unreadable. Please use the Contact Diana Cristy page in the Support Menu to request a replacement file.
Personal Consulting Services by Diana Cristy
I provide various personal and business consulting services including, but not limited to, business advice, business analysis, decision-making, problem-solving, personal relationship consulting and motivational speaking services that involve direct communication with clients. I am not a psychologist, medical professional or financial advisor and do not present my coaching and counseling services as a substitute for medical treatment by a licensed physician or psychiatric professional and/or financial advice from a money manager or accountant.
During my coaching and counseling sessions I ask questions to help my clients formulate a gameplan that requires action on their part, in order to achive what they have determined to be their personal goals and desires. I use what I have learned through experience, education, and practical application in order to direct my clients into a plan that they can believe in and achive.
Refund Policy
All consulting sessions are pre-paid before I begin any project with a client.
I am a contract laborer, not an employee. People pay for my advice because I have the ability to see the big picture in any situation and can offer my opinion on what the client needs to do, including an action plan, in order for the client to achive what he or she desires.
I do not create or sell a physical product that can be returned unused. Once a consulting project has completed, my labor, in the form of consulting services, has been fulfilled. Therefore, I DO NOT offer a refund on my labor.
In addition, I DO NOT offer any refund or guarantee on the expected results of my advice. It is the responsibility of the client to either use my advice and recommendations or not. I cannot force people to do what they do not want to do. The results of any knowledge, insight or recommendations I present to the client in any consulting session is determined by if, how and when the client takes action on my advice, and what external circumstances may influence or otherwise determine the results. People make choices and their choices have consequences that I cannot control.
However, I am willing to help you through your temporary trials and tribulations as you progress with your goals and dreams. I offer additional consulting sessions based on my hourly rate. Many unforseen problems arise when you are dealing with other people in your life and it may take time to uncover a workable solution to overcome the external circumstances and obstacles that prevent your personal growth. My goal is to provide professional consulting services that will give you insight and a direction, in order for you to achive your goals and fulfill your dreams.

I may offer advice and recommendations on products and services that are provided by third-party vendors who have their own refund policies posted on their respective websites. I will not be held liable for any purchase of a product or service you make on a third-party vendor.

Diana Cristy and the Company’s agents, employees and representatives shall not be liable for a failure or delay to fulfill its obligations for contracted services where the failure or delay is the result from any cause beyond the Company’s reasonable control; including technical failures, natural disasters, blockages, embargoes, riots, acts of violence, curfews, COVID lockdowns, hacker attacks, terrorist acts, war, electrical grid failure, internet failure, phone and email service failure, government regulations, legislation, orders of government, earthquakes and natural disasters, or any other force outside the Company’s control.
